 WEB EDITOR
Nonprofit healthcare association is seeking a creative professional to develop online content and implement Web site strategic planning, execution and analysis. This person will ensure that all site content is consistent with the organization's mission and goals, relevant to our members and reviewed for medical accuracy. Responsibilities include: create, organize, manage and assure quality of all site content. Define and document style standards. Oversee graphic and Web design development. Create and manage project plans and production schedules. Analyze visitor behavior to optimize the value of the Web site to both visitors and AANMA. Develop reports for the management team. Oversee general Web maintenance, page updates, Web redesign, creation of new sites and development of multimedia products. Work with outside contractors as required. Implement and oversee all Web-related marketing initiatives. Maintain organization branding across all pages. Requirements: 5+ years experience. Demonstrated writing and copy-editing skills and ability to apply site editorial standards to original and repurposed content. Sound working knowledge of Web content development and Web best practices. BA in English, communications, journalism, marketing or related field.
